A newbie-ish question

Well, I've got a simple question here... When taking a job, does it effect the enemies of the faction I work for?

Example:

I take a mission from the Bretonian Police against the Gaians. I win, the police likes me better, the gaians hate me for killin them, but do, for example, the Mollys like me less for working for the Police?

Not directly (anyone, feel free to correct me if I am wrong). The Mollys will like you less as a result of your increased positive reputation with the police, but this might be counterbalanced by your increased negative reputation with the Gaians (if I recall, the Mollys and Gaians don’t get along).

If you attack someones allies that will effect them. If you kill someones enemies, that someone will like you more.

The question wasn't about how killing affects your reputation.
It was about how your reputation is affected by the people you work for.

Missions are the ultimate way to piss off the enemies of the people you work for. I've never seen anything change a reputation faster.
