where can i find the goddamn FLMM 1.2
Its NOT on the downloads page and the links to it from other mods are broken!

The FLMM 1.2 can be found under downloads as FreeLancer Mod Manager 1.2(FLMM). To make it somewhat easier, you might try sorting by name.
