Game Bug?

Did anyone run into this problem? Here I am making the last run of Misson 4 to leeds only to find the whole system is hostile toward me. How in the world am I suppose to dock with leed when it's hostile! Does killing Xenos in the first part of the game screw up your rep?

are you sure that you are not on mission 6? that is when you run from bretonia. i believe that the game resets your reputations for the story but you shouldn't have made all of bretonia hate you if you are at mission 4, there is really no way to do it. could be a bug

I could be wrong about the mission numbers but I recall it being 4.
