Bribes

Is it possible to go somewhere and bribe to get all factions to neutral with you? Also where can I go to bribe to get a better rating with the terrorist factions? Corsairs, Outcasts etc.

Look at the Spoilers Forum and you'll find a list of who to bribe and where to find them. But no, you can't be friends with everyone at the same time. Best you can hope for is to be friends with the ones in the part of space you are exploring and trading in.

But for some reason no factions seem to like the Xenos. Start killing all the Xenos you see and all other faction will at least move towards neutral and leave you alone.
