Skip Story Line Mod

Does anyone know of a mod which lets you skip the storyline but still be able to access the Manhatten Jump gates.
It gets annoying when you want to start a new game that you have to do the storyline again.
If there is one could someone please tell me where to find it and what it is called.

Its called OpenSP

You start at manhatten, with the starflier, and bugger all cash, but no story to go through.

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

I feel you're pain shift get annoying on those ship because they are farout and you're pretty limited at the beginning(cashwise)
