how can you BECOME a test-pilot...

... for these kind of games?

is it enough to complain and come with suggestions
in forums like these, or do you have to date someones's daughter?

Huh?!? Not sure what you are asking....

If I had a nickel for every time someone told me that my idea for melting down coins to make a giant robotic parrot was a bad idea, I would have one kicka$$ giant robotic parrot.

I MEAN, how do get to be a game-tester for the developers?

to try out the game during production and
filling in with ideas on things that could be better and such..

Assuming you mean for another game, since testing freelancer is obviously pointless:
You can either Beta-test, for which you would have to subscribe at the site of the developper (only a couple of games use betatester, and also always a very limited amount)
There are also bug-tester working at the developer's studio, this is a real (paid) job, so you'll need to have studied something computer-related if you want to make a chance

(well, there is a computer game education in my hometown's collage...)

Also, Beta testing is not what you think it is. It's boring becaues you are testing a game that is not made yet. Meaning you will be experianceing alot of bugs, computer crashes, and the like. Most of the time you will be testing only one aspect of the game, not to mention having to report in detail any problems. Doing this will ruin the final game for you, trust me. Now days when the game is complete the companies just release it and fix the little bugs with a patch at a later date. But if you want more info on this, just go to google and type in 'becomeing a bata tester' or somthing and you will get more than enough info.

Sorry about my spelling today, I just woke up and I was drinking all last night...
