Why did you submit a modding question to the general discussion forum rather than the appropriate modding forum?

I think its a valid question considering newbies always get slated for doing such things...

I'm already passed the plot and at level 35. I really want to get the Sabre Star Ship. I have to become friendly with the Outcasts to do so. Does anybody know the quickest and easiest way to become friendly?
