I've just installed the modmanager 1.2 but is it normail that al of my savegames have been deleted!!???

They've been Moved not deleted, should be in:

C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer\OriginalSavedGames

And if you want you can copy them back into FL.
Just go to the Folder mentioned by Pinger, copy them all (NOT CUT) and then drop them in the Single Player folder.

If it wasn't for the inky blackness of the night you wouldn't appreciate the brilliance of the stars...

Or sort by date and find the most recent savegame (Not Autosave) and copy that one. No need to copy them all, if you just need your last save
