wat r u using t open .INI files?

heya ppl!! i wanted to know wat u were using to edit (so to open) .INI files? for example to change the damage value of a weapon or her level, which .ini files i have to edit and how?

look in fldir/data/equipment

Every file in there is fun to edit. There are commodities, weapon stats, prices of many things including weapons and ships, etc.

Notepad is the easiest text editor to play about with small text files like .ini files...........

eh i have tried notepad but its unreadable. it coded and i cant change anything. wat program do u use to decrypt these .ini files? to make them readable
