Question on where to find some weapons

I was wondering where I can get the Tizona del Sid and also the best version of the torpedo launcher, because I can't seem to find either of them.

TDS is on Crete I think. Or Leon Base. SunSlayer should be the same. (Probably on Malta too)
Sunslayer is also on Brushal Base in the Frankfurt system.
