It was in the first few month of the Vega campaign, when we learned that the Kilrathi Salthi fighters always breaks up or down, never left or right. Must be because that pancake shaped wings, kinda blocking their view to the sides. (Paladin/Wing Commander 1)

it's to bad that in that system isn't an outcast base.... on the systems around that system is always an outcast base to find...

i like the kusari systems the best. especially the one with the gas giant near a small saumura planet

Best looking systems: For me it's a tie between Tau-37, Manchester and Omega-7.

Most fun: Omicron Theta, Tau-37, Omega 5.

Favourite Planets (OK, you didn't ask for 'em but I thought I'd say anyway): New London, New Tokyo, Malta, Crete and Curacao.

I think tau-37 is still the coolest. plus you have easy access to omicron alpha and gamma. but it's only easy assuming your friendly with the outcasts, the corsairs,and bounty hunters. If you're friendly with all of them then it should be fairly safe.

I have a few favorites.


One is Galileo. It is a good map for racing. Open spaces ^_^
Another is Omega-11. It's dangerous, badass to the bone, only kickass people can go there kinda system. Plus you can mine diamonds.
Another is Omicron Gamma for obvious reasons (the "5th" house resides there)

But over all, i would choose.........................................................................................................(drum roll)....................................................Chigoku and Omega 5! Mainly because they have two big asteroid bases and you can buy some pretty good ships there.

1. Omicron Theta (my "home" as well)

2. Omicron Alpha (breath-taking)

3. Sigma 17 (also breathtaking - LOVE the tri-star green/blue system)

I like Unknown System and any system that has a LOT of large battleship wrecks and the like, it's fun to just sit in the middle of them and turn in slow circles.
