Freelancer Fan Fiction Contest Question

Today, via UPS, I received a signed boxed copy
of Freelancer. I wasn't expecting this, and the
only reason I can think of that got it, would be
because I was one of the five finalists in the
fan-fiction contest this past spring. But I
didn't know runners-up would get prizes, and
there was nothing included in the box to
explain. Have any of the other finalists
received something?

Who signed it? I didn't even know there was a contest. Nice to have anyway ...

Actually, I can't tell who signed them. There's two signatures. I'm pretty sure it's Phil Wattenbarger, producer, and Jorg Neumann, Lead designer.

I'm pretty sure that's the two who signed them

Mystery solved!

Well, today, I got delivered to me a signed Freelancer poster. Still no explanation.

So I looked up Digital Anvil's phone number, since that's where they were coming from, and I called them and I asked. And as it turned out, they are prizes for the fanfcic contest. I had no idea anyone but the first place winner would get anything, so it's a really cool surprise.

Have any of the top five entry stories besides the winner's been posted anywhere?
