In theory though...
Since Primus is a 'Samura' planet that goes hostile when you are hostile with Samura then if you are freindly with Samura...
I've never tried this as I can't be bothered to get freindly with Samura.

i was hostile to samura, the monkey planet was hostile to me, the docking ring wasnt
