Fast-firing weapons

which of these have do damage without using too much energy?
i have a hammerhead
so what would be a good loadout?

The class 1 Starbeam does damage (a little) and it consumes the least energy of all fast-firing weapons. It has very poor energy efficiency, though, like almost all fast-firing weapons. A few of those guns stick out by being merely mediocre instead of outright cr*ppy (e.g. the ones sold by the faction that fought the 80-years war against Rheinland).
