what ship has the best powerplant?

is there a difference in powerplants in between hammerhead,sabre eagle and titan?

like if you put 6 reaver MkII on a titan,and 6 reaver MkII on an eagle,which one will loose energy first

Only way for knowing what those differences are, is analyzing .ini files. As I remember, all ships have entries for this factor.
