I've searched the entire Leeds system, I found every planet/station except for York. Where is it????

It's in orbit of the planet near the tau 31 jump gate.

The Freelancer Database program is a really good way to figure out stuff like this. You can download it from this site - it's a small program that runs outside FL, and is totally stable. They have done a couple of updates, so it's even pretty acurate!
