Irritating... I've been trying to get a Bundschuh tag for a long time now, and it won't work...

And it works rather weird, as I was the enemy of the Navy once, and I still had their tag..

one time i was sitting by crete watching a pvp battle, there were neumerous tags, KAB who was parked next to me had interspace, i think someone had DSE, someone had police... it was wierd.

i've been killing bounty hunters and liberty cops/navy for the xenos for a couple of nights now.
Still says Navy , they just hate me though

Prolly only works for a couple of factions, and Xenos aint one.

I have seen people with
Spa & Cruise
Daumann
Ageira (I think, may have been Samura, i was drunk at the time)

So try taking a couple of dozen jobs for one of those and see if it works.
