@TerraN Yes, stars are orbiting the center of the galaxy at billions of miles per hour, but does that make them maneuberable? no. Speed is not what makes you maneuverable. If anything, the more speed you have, the less maneuverable you are.

Yes, manuverability is turning rate.

alright... how long will it take to do 1 round, like earth do that in 24 hours...

and the drake is a little more maneuvrable then the patriot...

the hawk is almost as good as the starflier... it's hard to get them with even a light fighter (patriot/drake)

Hammerhead is slightly more maneuverable than the eagle, I think...

Reaper: $200,000,000.
Rockets: $100,000
The look on that pilot's face when you launch a full pod of screamers up his tailpipe: priceless

definately the patriot.
That ship is SERIOUSLY zippy.
and a small profile helps too.
Inertia is a killer too, which is why i rate it over a drake.

I suggest something with minimal moment of inertia aboout its prime axis. A sphere would work well here....'nice little ball ship' i'd call it. It would travel at 0.995 C and turn relative to its own axis using a series of differental concentric spheres to spread the inertia through out the body. May be a fluid of somesort confined in a magnetic torus....Hmmm....I think i've got it...
To the laboratory!!!

the Drake is the most manuvrable fighter, after that it is the starflier.

Drake 100/97
Starflier 95
Patriot 90/92
Eagle and Falcon 80
Banshee, Barracuda, Hawk, Legionnaire and Piranha 75
Cavalier 75/69
Defender 70/72
Bloodhound 70
Dagger 70/69
Crusader 60/62
Wolfhound, Dragon, Anubis, Sabre, Titan 60

I haven't found the statistics of the Valkyrie, Stilleto, Hammerhead and Centurion yet... but what i have of them is 60 with a behind it... some said the Stilleto and Centurion r both 65. It can be that i forget the valkyrie maneuvrability, and if i 'm i will put it as soon as possible in this topic.

i used 2 other statistics, that's why some have 2 numbers like the drake have, 100/97, in the first i looked it said 100 in the second it was 97, it's up to u to find out who's correct

1 ask.... did i talk to much

Actually... Stars ARE moving at tremendous speeds, orbiting the centre of our star-system

lol

but theyre speed is very high compared to what we are used to

but when you see the size of our galaxy (about 100,000 light years across) its very very slow

what? the Earth is at the centre of the universe (as everyone knows) and the stars are fixed on concentric spheres, and move as the sky is turned by a giant. by the way the earth is flat (as everyone also knows)

occasionally foreign objects impact upon the surface of the earth. these are "titan livers" and are highly prized.

..you think you're done with the past; but the past isn't done with you..
