Millenium Falcon, and the go to the the Pistol Star near the centre of the galaxy.
If you mean FL ships, dunno. Not seen them all yet. The Defender looks nice though.

Well, it's only 2 cents, but it's usally enough...

pistol star???

you mean the supermassiv black hole in the center of each galaxy?quasar?

Years ago I read in New Scientist that they'd found a star about 100 times the mass of our sun. In our solar system its diameter would encompass all the inner planets, stretching out to the orbit of Saturn (Sorry, that's alie. It's as big as the diameter of Earths orbit). The star is so large it would only have a life span of about 10,000 years. That's about all I can remeber about it. It is near the centre of the galaxy though. Hang on... see if I can find a link...

OK, here's details... well, links.

Whoa! Mass edit. Didn't know it was all vB here. Figured it out now.

Hmm. I'd have a Starflier, and then I'd just fly around.

Or maybe a Rhino would be nicer. Hauling stuff around in Liberty.

But I wouldn't fight, or smuggle, or go to dangerous places.

I'd just freight stuff, and people, and have parties in my Rhino's cargo hold.

Yeah. I would modify my Rhino so I could live there, there would be everything needed for living in the cargo hold.

Then I'd take people to these beautiful places, like Tau-37, or the clouds in Kusari, or Sigma-19, or stuff.

And I'd be a Zoner, so no-one would pose a threat to me. That way I'd make big money.

no in real life in the sol system

I'd have a Rhino, because it just feels like one of those ships seen in the "Wild West" space films (you know, like the series "firefly" which was on for a very short time).

I'd fly around in the Osiris and take over Earth.

Life: No one gets out alive.

I'd Have the Millenium Falcon and visit all the galaxy's possible in my life time, maybe even visit new races and gather awesome technology

A freelancer ship i'd have to say the DromeDary seems awesome enough. Giant Cargo hold with reasonable weapons. Like the dude said about the rhino, i'd live in the cargo hold. Awesome

Rhino...looks cool and there's plenty of room in the cargo hold to fill up with entertainment to keep you busy on the very long trip to mars and beyond. might have a hard time coming back to earth as i think somebody cloaked the docking ring.

That's a tough question. My first thought was for a Barracuda, since I really like it's looks. Then I read down a little farther about partying in a Rhino, and I remembered what my first concern was with all of these ships: living space. I'd definitely want comfort over looks. From that standpoint, I always felt that the Clydesdale or Drone looked the most roomy (if you look at the model rather than the stats.) I'd go with the Clydesdale in this regard, since it's sleeker in appearance and has a more solid, stable feel to it. I don't want to spend my off hours re-duct taping the wings on that drone.

As for what I'd do with such a ship, I'd use it for most everything. I'd live in it, as already stated, probably hanging out in orbit. The bubble cockpit would make a great viewing platform. I'd explore the cosmos. I imagine that I could make enough money selling stuff from space that I could maintain the ship and a very comfortable lifestyle. I don't imagine I'd use it for anything blatantly illegal.

I would have to choose the Osiris with a few modifications:

Take only a quarter or so of the current crew
Computerize as many functions/systems as possible
Install cryo-units

And than I would like to see what else is out there

The next time someone asks if you're a god, say YES!

I'd fly an Eagle for the Zoners, but would steal cloaking technology from the Rhienlanders.

My job would be eliminating corrupt officials in all the systems...secretly of course...

Home would be the Freeports out in the systems.

I'd just get a dagger and live off of good looks and cardamine smuggling. I wouldnt do much, maybe just live off in Planet Los Angeles and earn an honest keep. The key word here is REAL LIFE, this game isn't that realistic. I would most likely be shot down if i had to engage an entire fleet or whatever on some mission
