Kusari Dragon - Is it worth it?

I know it has low level guns, lack of armour compared to the other heavies.

Is it like the drake where it is smaller than the others in its class, or is it more manouverable?

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

The dragon is a real story line workhorse from kusari to reinland but after you get in an anubis it's not really worth it..

use a hawk until you can buy the anubis

or a Drake

Thicken up runny low-fat yoghurt by stirring in a spoonful of lard..

*agrees with Mustang*

It's a decent ship for singleplayer,
and if you're having trouble traveling
in multiplayer and have spare cash
(for those of the merchant persuasion
going past hostile areas to trade their
Drone for a Humpback)

PS: The correct quote would be:
"NIL MORTIFI, SINE LVCRE"
And give my regards to Mericet =)
(Do you play on Discworld MUD?)

I went out on a limb and bought it last night in mp

Not too bad, did a few solo lvl25-30 missions in it...

Hikarr: I know it would be correct to use the V rather than the U, but in the past (on other boards) i had a lot of people claiming i made a typo by using the V (they have no knowledge of latin it seems), so i swapped to cut out those replies.

And no, i dont play on discworld MUD, and who is mericet?

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

The Baracudda is the excait same as the Dragon, but with 5 more cargo space and it handles better. I'd go for that.

NIL MORTIFI, SINE LVCRE is a quote from Terry Pratchett's books
about the Discworld; more specifically from Pyramids,
which deals with a student in the Assassins' Guild (it's the guild motto.)

I assumed that's where you got it from; but then you'd
know that Mericet is a member of the faculty at the Guild
(and one of the examiners for their final test "the Run".
You just picked it up on your own?

If you haven't read the books, I recommend them.
Pyramids is one of the better ones aswell;
though playing an assassin on the MUD I'm biaised =)

Jeez, how much cardamine are these people on .

The Dragon is actually a fine ship to do the storyline missions (until you get access to the Anubis.) I got it right after I got into Kusari space, (going through the Drake first.) and you can manage to get it before the first storyline mission in Kusari space. It pulled me through until I got access to the Anubis. (Something funny is that later on, you're flying around in Rheinland space with a Kusari fighter, but there's a predicament between the two houses.)

(Of course, I am a little biased because it's one of my favourite ships. )

Why make your own mistakes when someone else has already made them for you?
