You should be able to find the Launcher by looking at bases & planets & what they sell

there is no paralyzer missile launcher. just like there is no c10 turret 9even though there's a slot) and no c10 freighter (even though there is a c10 freighter shield). It's just one of those things that seems to be missing for no real reason.

No one knows ? Aaaiieee!! Everyone knows. Check the other 1,435 posts about it. Here's a summary:

1 There are no paralyzer launchers available to the player.
2 Paralyzer launchers can not be got in the game without modding.
3 The game does not have Paralyzer launchers for sale anywhere.
4 You can get the missiles but hey, guess what, there aren't any launchers.
5 No launchers for paralyzers can be found.
6 Ever wondered how to fire those lovely Paralyzer missiles? Well, you can't.
7 Yes they are present on some wrecks but do not drop.
8 Missiles are good for the 72k but not for firing, because there's no launchers.
9 Maybe you could throw them out the window at the enemy. But you can't launch them, because there's no launchers.
10 ..... ( you get the idea )


P.S. There's no level 10 graviton shields either.

OK!! I got it dammit!!

personally, I don't consider telling someone that something is not in the game as a spiler.

Are you sure there are no paralyzer missile launchers? I could've sworn I owned two of them at one point!

I remember the infocard saying that they dropped the enemy's shields, and further hits would neutralize their energy core. I tried them out in combat to see if this was true, but it didn't appear to disable the enemy's guns like advertised so I just sold them. I had never purchased them in the first place, I either gathered them from wrecks or I scooped them up from fighters I killed, I can't remember--but I do believe I got them in the Omicron Beta area.

It's also possible I'm confusing with another kind of missile launcher, which if true I apologize for getting your hopes up (and wasting everyone's time :p).

YES, I did indeed have paralyzer launchers and I now know why. I installed Hobbes Unofficial Patch, this apparently resolves the issue of wrecks not dropping paralyzer missiles. So there you have it, be sure to download this thing .

guestions over and over again and they never seem to learn..
Well, anyway.. I knew that there is no class 10 graviton shield available
for player =D (though I'm playing frost's rpg mod (http://www.frost-works.com),
and it's available for purchase there)

so, no Class 10 shields period?? I've been closely stalking the Bounty Hunters in the Omicron Systems for their L.10 Advanced H. F. Barrier shield (12600-something capacity!!!). I also noticed a similar stat shield on Omicron's Outcast patrols. I've got the Adv. H.F. Brigandine Shield (postiron), and it's a Class 10...

yes,well... you can stalk them as closily as you like.. or you can blow them all up!... It doesn't matter.. Ships don't drop shields and it's not for sale anywhere..
I'm afraid you can only look at it but can't buy it
(talking about the level 10 Bounty Hunter shield)

I also got Hobbe's patches but it does not seem to work. How did you installed the patch?
