Is Worth in this game Networth, or just worth?

Gross worth. The total amount of money you have made during the game.

NB *possible spoiler?*
If in MP you "donate" money to another player, that comes off your worth. In other words, give enough money away and you will drop a level or 2.

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

Worth = Total credits, plus the sell value of your equipment and ship, plus value of cargo (at base price for the commodity)

And no tax. Which is nice.
