How to became a pirate corsaire???

Hello all of you,
I'm level 32 and want to get a titan in the amicron Gamma but i'have to be friend with the corsaire.
What's the best way to do so?

Go to the spoiler forum and look under the thread titled "Rep-Hack-List". After that, dich the titan and get a good ship.
