level 12 and after ?

finished lvl 12 then nothing - just trolling around raising cash.
system: xp+512mb mem+ 2.1 athlon process, gforce 4 card.
what am i doing wrong guys ?

just nxt level = x amount cash
no messages requiring prescence somewhere
does my heavy minus rep for outcasts and corsairs effect missions ?
