Idea - Activate Brain prior to posting
Surely i am not the only one getting the $#!+$ with some of the people posting.
Mainly the "i want this, i want that, i demand the server admins do this" idjits.
Before you start demanding do something first - THINK!!!!!
MODS/patches take time. Think of the QA (thats quality assurance for you twits) that goes into the games you love playing, quite often delaying the release of said game. You whinge when the game is delayed, and if enough pressure is placed on the developper to rush the game out, you whinge about the bugs and crashing.
I know a lot of you expect the whole world to run on a point and drool interface, according to your every whim, but some of us actually have to use the keyboard for things other than homework or chatting to your WaReZ d00dZ. (Most of the time to fix up the problems that you yourself created with your idiocy.)
Also, stop bitching how server admins should up the player count on THEIR servers.
You know how much hardware it takes to run these types of games, think of the hosting side of things. Time, hardware, & bandwidth are all valuable commodities.
So unless you plan to send the admins a lot of cash, hardware, or both, SHUT THE F**K UP!!!
You are the reason why some of us (like me for instance) have no plans on running a public server. After dealing with morons all day who dont have 2 spare neurons to collide to create a synapse, the last thing we want to do is deal with you on our own spare time.
I reckon if we removed the warning labels from everything, most of these people would disappear from this world.
I will not apologise for this thread, as i will only be insulting those who deserve it. (If they even realise they are being insulted)
