If you are still having problems beating hovis try changing your view if that don't work e mail me at [email protected] and i will send you a save game right after the race. i will not just laugh at you and tell you it is so easy becuase it is not with the view from the outside.

it is easy, Very easy, Yesterday I beat it in the dromedary and was winning at EVERY section of the course. Hovis sucks ass.

I had trouble with Hovis at first. Now I beat him everytime. The trick? Relax and keep your eye on the next gate or 2.

Well I am 23 but that is not even a problem just every place i went to get help i was laughed at and made to feel dumb but i switched my view and was able to beat hovis on the second time but with the view from outside i could not even think of getting close

Snake has the right idea, just relax and watch where the next gate is, Hovis always swings wide towards the end and gives you plenty of time to get in the lead. Just be careful cuase the bugger starts to fire at you then (
