I'm not sure exactly what your problem is, the only thing i can think of is that (i think) you go up two levels at that point in the game before you get another mission.

As for Trents home, he nearest you get is Tobias' shop. Although i suppose he could have lived in the shop

So do you guys know what money level i need to reach to level up from the 8th level to the Ninth. Im alittl e frustrated because I went over the limit to level up and the game has not recognized the fact that im 20,000.00 dollars over the level requirement.

Man we have to cover this three or four times a week. The next level requirement is how much MORE you need, not the total amount.

That's true - AFTER finishing the game. He's in the middle of the missions.

It may take a while to register - try relaunching to space. Alternatively, check that you are looking at your net worth and not your total cash. To level up you need to increase whatever your worth is by $10,000 so in one game you could need to get from 82,000 to 92,000 but in my game I might need to get from 135,000 to 145,000

Other than that - dunno why you would not get the level. Load an autosave as a last resort.

Yeah, there's not much we can do to help you with figures as the net worth to gain levels is dynamic. This is to stop you doing loads of missions early on in the game and then auto-leveling up each time a mission finishes 'cause you have so much cash.

The difference between levels should be the same tho. I loaded up my unmodded saves and at the last autosave from mission 4 i was lvl 7 with a net worth of 38,000 ish and at the first autosave of mission 5 i was lvl 9 with a net worth of 62,000 ish.
