That is kind of strange. My first thought was that you needed to do a mission, but since it's giving you a credit total as the next level requirement, that's obviously not the case. I have absolutely NO CLUE what is going on there, but I'll offer a few suggestions anyways, who knows?

Did you ever have Juni contact you and ask you to meet her at such-and-such planet or ship? If so, maybe the game just glitched and won't give you that next level until you've actually met with her. It SHOULD NOT do that, but as a tech support agent, I know how computers and software can be too;O)

At any time did you skip or abort a mission and keep "doing your own thing"? Because you're not really forced to do all of the missions to keep playing the game, but you cannot level up if you do quit them.

Beyond that, I'd say just a problem in the program....try going back and loading an old saved game from BEFORE your current level, then play thru and see if it does the same thing or not. If you get to this level and get stuck again, then it's almost certainly a corrupted program code somewhere. If you get back to this level and progress the way you should? Then don't ask me, it was the gremlins;o)

Hmm, guess I'll reload a previous game, stupid gremlins, we should step on them with oversized clown shoes.

The "net worth required for next level" is the amount by which you have to increase your net worth, not the amount it has to go up to...it's not very clear, and took me most of the game to realise it, but that's what it is, right enough! It means you've got a way to go before your next level...good luck! (Speaking as a novice here, at only level 23 =OS)
