Changing name

Hello.

I'm curios as to how you change the faction name next to yours in multiplayer.

Apparently mine says 'Republican',and it used to say 'Outcasts'. Neither of these people are top on my rep list (or were), so I'm wondering what affects it. All I can think of is the last bribe you took changes it.

But then again a friend has nothing next to their name.

I just took a junker bribe and now theres nothing next to my name :/

WHat I really want is 'dragons' there
