Journal/Log Question

is there a way to export or view Trent's log outside of the game? i have completed the game and kinda wanted to go through and read it for fun and to just kinda get an overview of the whole story that i played. i just wondered if it was stored in a file somewhere, or if there is a way to read it.

otherwise maybe i'll just read over it on some long trading run in the game, lol.

Or just sit on some planet and read it. No real difference from reading it as a textfile outside the game is there?
