Could someone do me a favour and post the specific download address of the rebalance 1.4 mod?

I wanna download this from work as its over 14MB but the firewall here won't let me access the lancer reactor homepage or download page (must be javascript or something on those pages?). Anyway, I can get here to the forum fine via a webproxy. So if someone could post the url of the actual rebalance mod download so that I can try saving it directly from the forum page, I'd be grateful.... Thanks
