Having problem installing babylon5 ship pack!!

I'm a newbie here.I downloaded the babylon5 ship pack,but I don't know how to install!! I've seen the install_readme.txt file and found these confused:
1.copy the (l_cruiser.ini ; l_cruiser1.ini) in /DATA/COCKPITS/RHEINLAND
I can't find the l_cruiser.ini and l_cruiser1.ini
2.now open for everyone ship, which copies own (install readme.txt)
and all scripte, into the appropriate files, as in the readme described.
what does this mean? what scripte, I can't get it..

Please help to explain how to install in detail..

Get the B5 TC mod....

I tried to get the Ship PAck to work and it didn't...NEver quite got it why...

So I just went on and installed the TC pack...It has is own installer and everything...
