Some Questions about the Corsairs

Hello everyone, i have just found the Omicron Gamma-Jumphole in the Omega 41-System, and i have read that this System is the Home of the Corsairs.

Unfortunately, the Corsairs really hate me, so a visit to Omicron Gamma is kinda useless, because i can`t enter the Bases of course and every single ship attacks me all.the.time.

But i am curious, are the corairs the remnants of the colonists from the "Hispania"?

Has someone entered Crete or the Tripoli Shipard and can give me the description of these Bases? I mean the descriptions one can read in the infotext about a Base after the first visit.

I am really curious about the history of the hispania, and maybe the descriptions tell something about it.

Thier bases are pretty... and if you wanna be friendly with the Corsairs, start killing Hessains or Outcasts

If you like meteor showers, you'll like planet Crete...

Imagine a worls that looks a mix between old South American Villages with the technology of the game...pretty wild and pretty cool...still haven't found anotheer plannet as cool as that one...besides, the green meteor shower only adds to the beauty

As for Tripoli, imagine a regular shipyard...and that's about it...Can't find nothing cool to say about it....

and supposedly, yes, they are the remnants of the Hispania who, supposedly got shot down during the escape from the original earth. They just got to the Omicron corner of the universe but keep having head-ons with the Red Hessians who try and "share" Corsair Territory...They usually come out with a black eye B-) Long live Corsairs... On the other side, they're trying to take part of Bretonian Space which leads to conclude that they must have a direct acess to their territory...Must keep looking

No, Tripoli shipyard, think Cali Base with shipyard extensions, in other words, an astroid with ship scaffolding.
