Encrypted FL files

I really like to modify my game by modifying the .ini files but they are all encrypted. is there some d/l that i could get with all the decrypted .ini files? the only decrypted ones i can find are the ones from a few mods, because the author already decrypted it....

Look in the general editing or Tutorials forum, there's a good post near the top. You need to download BiniQDU. It's somewhere in the downloads section.
