Star Wars MOD?!

When will there be a Star Wars mod to Freelancer?

Does anyone know?

There is a ship pack in the downloads section that adds a few sw ships, although pretty unbalanced it's fun to blow stuff up in an x-wing.

Who knows, for every game there are usually hundreds of planned mods that fall through.
