Unknown systems

In the nav map it says that there are 2 unknown systems.
I only found the one with the jump gate in the omicron alpha system.
where is the other one ?

I assume you mean Jump hole, which would be correct. The other one is in the Omicron Gamma system. Go north and search around inside that green cloud and you'll find it in the northern most section. You'll know you're getting close when you see many wrecks appearing on your map.
