y cant i create a new character?

y cant i create a new character?

when i go to a server and click on NEW CHARACTER, my game gets shut off and i have to go back into it and that happens everytime.

I have no idea..it seems maybe you've got a glitch/bug. Do you mean that every time you click on it, the game exits? If so, it probably is a bug, but should be fixable. You could try the Multiplayer forum, or maybe the Editing forum(s)
