If I install one of the downloadable mods from here (either new ship or 'rebalance' mods) what happens to saved games from the unmodded FL? Will it just dump me back to beginning where I'll have to play the story missions and bribe factions again? Or can I play my latest saved game from the unmodded FL, and pick up where I left off, but with the new stuff?
