The barracuda and the dragon have the same stats, but the Barracuda has 5 more cargo room. I would go with the Barracuda.

The Barracuda also moves a little better than the Dragon. In a juster universe it would be the Dragon that is more agile, it deserves it more than the ugly tin can of the Bounty Hunters. ;-)
