the Vogtland base is in the northern part of the Dresden system in the gas cloud. Remember that you must be friendly with the Hessians first.

apparently im VERY unfriendly with the red hessians. how do i get friendly with them? ill pay mostly anything.

They like it when you kill Corsairs. Xenos, too, I suppose. Killing Xenos makes just about eveyone happy.
