Playing the SP game. In liberty I did the kill ship jobs to make money and soon I have lots of enemies, did a little trading after that - bought a better ship. Now I'm in Bretonia -Got newer ship but not much money so I take some more kill ship missions and now have lotsa enemies again.
Should I have started trading as soon as I got to Bretonian system, to avoid having all these people trying to kill me whereever I go? Or - are these corsairs and such just going to eventually attack me, forcing me to fight, thus ruining my rep with them anyway?

Inquiring noobie wants to know. . . . .

this time throught i'm trying to get everyone to like me, Story permitting of course... Once in bretonia, I was already freindly with the corsairs! I just went to omega-41 and made a ton! And i mean a ton of money from the wrecks in omega-11 which you can get to from cambridge!

Ok, it's really simple. No matter what the FL homepage says there aer only a few job ideas.
Take on missions.
Trade
Salvage
Raid
Missions make people hate you.
Trade is safe.
Salvage is safe.
Raid is unpredictable.Piss off whoever you want. But whatever you do, try to stay on the good or neutral side of the Blood Dragons, Corsairs, and R. Hessians.Mean buggers. The Outcasts are good too.
