How do I win back certain factions I recently annoyed so I won't get fragged by all sides?

Simply start killing their enemies or find a "fixer" to hack your reputation with them (more expensive).

If you aren't trying to win over the Xenos, and you can land at Pueblo Station in Colorado, go there. There's nothing but Xenos in the nearby asteroid field (around Ouray base) and killing them makes everyone happy (except the IMG and the Zoners).

My main character has made two runs toward Ouray from Pueblo and already all but two factions have gone from hostile to neutral.
