I remember in the story that there was some Rheinland Fighters and the Battleship Osiris transporting with their cloak thingys.

You can't. Only those guys can have it, it's a script thing.

if your turn off your monitor you won't be able to see your ship....nobody will..

so you just aim your ship to a direction, turn off the monitor and fly there...cloaked..

It's almost a good thing that cloaking isn't available to players. If it were, trade runs would be rediculously easy.
