how many mission??

there are only 13 missions????? i destroyed that estructure of the nomads...and tahts all???

also i cant pass level 18 .....the money they ask me changes all the time????

Yes, you have beaten the game and after you complete it the nw required for next level changes from the exact amount to how much is left.
