I hate plasma weapons. All of 'em. They travel so slowly that you can't hit targets doing evasive maneuvers. Sure they do a lot of damage, but if they don't hit 80% of the time, who cares? I go with one anti-shield gun and the rest traditional laser weapons, whatever is the best available at the time.

I like the Corsair Neutron weapons. More energy used for better range and damage really rocks, especially since neutron weapons are energy efficient.

Factions with improves range at reduced damage and energy efficiency is NOT good, which means the bounty hunter weapons. 100-150 meters extra range is negated bt 0,5-1 secs of full afterburner and after that more damage is better. Decreased refire is not appreciated either.

Nomad Energy Blasters and Tizona del Cid. Same refire rate and projectile speed, and shields go "POOF!" Single projectile of doooooooom!

BTW, what the heck is a "Tizona"?

Like most? Nomad weapons. Hate most? Anything slower than the Nomad weapons and all the artifact weapons.

I realy like the fast fire weapons 5.88 and 8.33. Red hessian, Blood Dragon, IMG Junker, Gaian, bounty hunter weapons. Also have a soft spot for the Hacker Hellflurry because of its god awful 800m range.

KnightLight, I'm not really sure of the origins of the name (I don't speak Spanish) but the "Tizona Del Cid" is a sword.

... because french is similar to spanish i might be able to help... (and that i read about Cid) i think it means Ticonza of Cid (Cid's Ticonza?) some1 that knows spanish could give a 2nd opinion. oh well anyway its the name of the sword used by Cid so it would make sense that the "Del Cid" part identifies Cid as the owner/user

My favorite weapon just changed (again) back to the Nomad Energy Cannon. As my aim improves, its better to have guns that do more damage per shot, and as for damage per second, the Nomad Energy Cannon is the absolute best gun in the game. I still have Tizona del Cids on my wingtip mounts, just for extra shield destruction. I've decided not to use Diamondbacks like a lot of people do, because 1) they are energy hungry and 2) to get them in MP I have to wait for a server reboot. Silver Fire guns are nice, but the Nomad Energy Cannon has the same refire rate and better damage for less energy.

Is it just me, but is there something odd about the names of the Rhineland tachyon cannons? "Stealthblade?" "Hornviper?" Do you think they're compensating for something? Do Rhinelander plots walk up to a girl in a bar and say "Hey, do you wanna see my Hornviper?"
