Uh.. trainers work by altering memory locations to change values stored in your RAM, it should not affect saved games. However it may have changed the Restart.fl in your My Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer directory. Try deleting that and then reinstalling the game.

Run the game and the trainer again, but this time make sure you activate the "back to normal" command (the trainer does have this option, right?).
Save your game, exit the game, exit the trainer, then enter the game again.
Load your savegame, and start spending money. It should work now...
If it doesn't, give me the exact name of the trainer you used, I'll see what I can do.

If there is anything you could possibly do it would be greatly appreciated, there is no undo or back to normal command that I am aware of and if I can't get it back to normal I'm gonna format C:\ and re-install everything..

Of course I am hopeing that I will not have to resort to such violent behavior..
