Idea for expansion: Upgrading ship stats

Wouldnt it be cool if you could upgrade your ships armour? Or Max Weapon Class? I think this would really improve the game as people wouldnt all be flying around in Sabres, Eagles and Titans

yup, make ships that feel named, strenghts n weaknesses n upgrades, think EV.
