He has a sound data in the audio folders in freelancer (i was diving thru them lookin 4 music tracks) its like a freaky moan thang, is that the rheinland Chancelor, cuz i 4got.

Liberty, not Rheinland...Yes, it maybe when they emit the power glow from both Tekagi and the Chancellor's eyes.
