Getting friendly with the Corsairs

How can I become either friendly or at least neutral with Corsairs? I have tried to get to their bases and use the bribe option and I cannot get there. HELP!!!

go to leipzig station in dresden. from there, go to the omega 11 jump hole and just kill red hessians for a while, works well enough.

I like to use the bribe method as I work on trading more than fighting. Try some of the freeports to find a person to bribe even if you just get a little neutral you can still go to their base and from there buy your way in to be green. be careful as this can effect other factions who are not friendly with the outcasts and can affect your ability to trade at some places.

First of all, this would probably be better asked in the spoilers forum - second, the Corsairs ain't that great anyways. Their ships are poor, and their weapons are worse. If you absolutely have to use pirate ships, go for the Outcasts.

Maybe they just after thier Tizona Del Cid, or just don't know you can get the Eagle by flying through Outcast space and not having to go through Corsair controlled areas.

The Corsiars got two god things: Tizona Del CId and the LvL 10 Shield !!! (if u are a VHF type) Some just go with a HF or LF and bashes the VHF-players up massively.

I do think that this should be writen in the Spoilers Forum but ok..

To get friendly with Corsairs u can either kill Red hessians like crazy, attack Police/Military or Navy. U are also able to bribe if u feel like it. The places u can get your rep fixed by bribing:

Luxury Liner Hawaii/Sigma 19 - E5 (Orbital Spa and Cruise)
New London/New London - D6 (Bretonia Police)
Planet Crete/Omicron Gamma - E5 (Corsairs)
Trafalgar Base/New London - C3 (Junkers)
Tripoly Shipyard/Omicron Gamma - D6 (Corsairs)
Yanagi Depot/Sigma 13 - C5 (Junkers)
