Killing Battleships

Does anybody know how to knock out a battleship? I see it as a stat in multiplayer mode, but my friends and I have not been able to figure out how to accomplish this. Can anybody let me know how to destroy a battleship?

You can't in multiplayer. Only in single player campaign missions can you destroy battleships.

Theyve made a mod that puts gunboats abd battleships in the game. And theyre destructible. I havent played it yet, but ive read about it.

and don't forget battleship has blind spots.

Take the rheindland battleship for example, you can park you ship inside the brigde (betweem the head portion) and rarely get shot at while you just blast away with your guns..
